1.  In the free Basic Version, more complicated Protocol Builder scripts can be run, but the ADsweep files cannot be saved.
2. In the Basic Version, when running the MainProtocol, Continuous Acquisition data can be acquired but not saved as ABF files.
3. Imposing single and averaged sweeps can be done in the Reanalysis program included with the Basic Version.
